As a qualified and practicing therapist I’m a safe space to share the heaviest burdens and most frustrating blockages you might be facing and to hold you through the process of expressing and moving through those.
As a lifelong soul-worker, I can take that journey as deep as it needs to go; venturing into your ancestral line and the story of your Soul in order to understand the roots of these challenges and help you to resolve those.
As a qualified coach, I’ll support you to take the power for moving forwards back in your hands, ensuring that the future you step into is exactly the want you want and are worthy of.
And as a 21st-century primal priestess and guide, I’ll make sure we do all of that in a way that works for your life in the here and now; working with you to integrate this work in a way that is safe and truly supportive.

Creating a safe & sacred space
A safe space is key to any deep work, particularly when that work involves Soul Connection.
Through a short meditation, we will invoke a sacred ritual space, grounded in both the Earth and Source and surrounded by the type of deep protection that can hold every bit of the work we do together.
At the end of each session, we’ll close that space down, allowing you to return to life feeling grounded and supported, all while knowing that you can call that space back any time you need it.
Honouring your needs & experience
We begin by talking through your current challenges to understand more about the problem areas you would like to work through and resolve right now.
From there we will set and continually reflect upon goals for our work together to ensure we continually stay on track with what’s important for and to you at this time and beyond.
Throughout our time together your needs will stay front and centre of our work, and we will come back time and time again to how you’re finding this experience, and what you need to move forwards
Connecting to your truth
By delving deeply with your energy body and Akashic record, we will connect to the very roots of your challenges both in this life and others, and will work to overcome those struggles and break down those blockages once and for all.
We do this through a combination of powerful energy healing methods and deep spiritual connection while continually grounding our work back into the here and now and back into your current life and experiences.
At every stage you will be held safely by me and our combined team of guides and helpers.
Re-membering your fullness
We’ll use the insights that gain from spirit, the Akasha and your own energy body to create the kind of toolkit that will help you not only move through this blockage but see the wider path ahead.
And while I’ll be on hand to suggest rituals, resources and other ideas that may help you on your way; the bulk of this will be about
re-membering – calling back to the forefront – the power, wisdom and radiance that was always yours to begin with.
