    Re-Kindling Your Fire sessions are designed to help you find and nurture that inner flame.

     

    These sessions provide a safe and sacred space where your deepest hopes can be explored, your greatest challenges can be overcome, and the sparks of all that you are have the space and support to illuminate the brightest possibilities for you and your life.

     

    Bringing together every tool I've honed over the past two decades, these sessions will meet you exactly where you are and guide you through any darkness or uncertainty you might be feeling into a brighter and more radiant future.

  • What to expect

    Held online via Zoom, your Re-Kindling You session will last for 90-minutes and will bring everything you need to get your own fire blazing safely and the alchemical cauldron above it bubbling with your deepest power. 

     

    Although every Re-Kindling You session is entirely unique to the individual and the moment that we're in, each session will contain the same key ingredients.

     

    A safe and secure ritual space

    We'll begin by opening a circle for our work which will, at every turn, provide not only a safe space but also a potent portal in and through which all of the energies that can best support you and your fire can flow freely.

    Deeply rooted support

    Spiritual thinking and an energetic focus is great, but let's not forget that we're human and still need to do the everyday things! My experience as a Counselling Therapist and Life Coach means I can hold the everyday and the human just as safely as my Primal Witch and Medium self can support the magical and Soulful, and our session will make space to integrate both.

  • Meet your guide

    I've spent two decades practicing as a Medium and almost ten years combining that with more traditional talking therapy approaches of Counselling and Life Coaching.

     

    Though all of that work brought benefits to my clients, some of it felt truly epic; not only transforming the lives and energy of those I worked with, but also leaving me feeling energised and excited long after our session was over.

     

    Eventually I stopped and asked myself why? What was it about those sessions that not only lit me up, but also allowed me to support clients to find the very best outcomes from our work.

     

    I realised the common denominator was, very simple: It was the fire I was being asked to kindle, tend and watch with someone.

     

    The sessions that were my favourite and the clients I helped most were those that involved even the faintest sparks of something that felt like brilliance being brought to the fore and coaxed to their fullness in a way that felt both empowering and transformational.

    Combining all of the tools in my toolkit; from a decade as a Counselling Therapist and Life Coach together with extensive study of Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology ; to Master status in multiple forms of energy healing, a lifetime of work with Spirit and years of practicing - and teaching - witchcraft, meditation and Spirit connection; and much more besides, Re-Kindling You brings whatever you need to the table in the perfect way to meet your needs.
