  • Thank you for choosing to purchase a Soul Integration Reading.

    This form will help to provide all of the information I may need to carry out your reading (don't worry, there isn't too much!) while also ensuring you have all of the information you need to stay safe and grounded during this process. Please read on and complete everything necessary as soon as possible after purchasing your reading.


    Throughout this document the client will be referred to as “you” and Ceryn Rowntree will be referred to as “Ceryn”.

     

    Please note that an audio version of this form is available here. Please feel free to listen to this as you work through the form, but do ensure you complete all necessary fields within the written form.

    What to Expect

    Soul Integration Readings are the core part of an online journey of Soul insights and development that will be taken over a four-month period comprising videos, audio meditation, written content and more.

     

    The personalised aspect of this journey, your Soul Integration Reading, comprises personally channelled messages and insights shared with you in video format. Each video will be at least 40 minutes long, with each reading comprising of two such videos in the same email.

    These will be shared directly with you by email including links to two unlisted videos on YouTube, with an audio version of your channeled messages also provided.

    If you would prefer a downloadable version of this video, please contact Ceryn within one month of receiving your readings.

    Keeping us both safe

    As listed on our website, by purchasing a reading you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of purchase:

    1. Your Soul Integration Reading will be delivered to the email address provided within four to eight weeks of ordering. Ceryn will always endeavour to get your reading to you as soon as possible but timescales may fluctuate depending on a number of factors.

    2. To carry out these readings Ceryn will connect directly to your energy during your recording(s) and for 30 minutes before. This will be done solely for the purpose of your reading, and once complete she will step back and disconnect from your energy. You should not experience any adverse reactions to this connection, but may be aware of a change to your energy during this time.

    3. In accordance with UK law, please note that any information given in these packs is for guidance only, and any actions taken are done so at your own choice and responsibility. Although Ceryn wholeheartedly believes in her own connection and the information she shares, mediumship, past life and ancestral insights are not scientifically proven and we must advise you that any readings are for entertainment only and subject to your own interpretation. Soul Integration Readings are available to over 18s only.

    4. No refunds are possible once your reading has been received.

     

    5. Prior to and following receipt of your reading you will receive a number of emails from Ceryn including meditations, journal prompts and other materials - all of this aims to support you in working with the information shared within your reading and to integrating this more deeply within your life.

    If you have any problems with any of the above terms and conditions, please contact ceryn@cerynrowntree.com as soon as possible to cancel your order.

    Confidentiality

    All information shared by Ceryn will remain completely confidential. Where individual words or sentiments are shared outside of your reading, this will be completely anonymised with all context and identifiable information removed.

    Ceryn is also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and collects and stores any Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act (2018).     Any complaints about what you believe to be a failure to adhere to this statement should be directed to Ceryn in the first instance, via email at ceryn@cerynrowntree.com.

    Please note that Ceryn is based in the United Kingdom and that all of her work is undertaken in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will also be subject to UK law.
