Each Soul Re-Kindling session is a bespoke journey, guided by what your soul longs for in the moment.
Bringing together every tool I've honed over the past two decades (and who knows how many lifetimes!), these sessions will meet you exactly where you are and guide you through any darkness, or uncertainty you might be feeling into a brighter and more radiant future.
Held over Zoom, each of these 90-minute sessions will be guided by you and by the
energies that step forward to work with us.Combining the deep primal magics of the unseen with the practicalities of the every day, we will:
- Shed the old patterns, ancestral imprints, and energetic habits that are keeping your own Soul flame small;
- Clear, rebalance and replenish your energy field to restore vitality and awaken the deeper truths held within your being;
- Reawaken the ancient wisdom, gifts, and power that have always been yours;
- Call in guidance from your guides, ancestors and the unseen to help illuminate the path forward for your Soul in all of its brilliance.
This is a space for deep transformation; a sanctuary in which you can lay down the weight you have carried for too long, kindle the embers of your own magic, and rise back into your fullness — alight with purpose, presence, wisdom and power.
Meet your guide
I've spent two decades working with Spirit and almost ten years combining that with more traditional talking therapy approaches of Counselling and Life Coaching.
Though all of that work brought benefits to my clients, some of it felt truly epic; not only transforming the lives and energy of those I worked with, but also leaving me feeling energised and excited long after our session was over.
Eventually I stopped and asked myself why? What was it about those sessions that not only lit me up, but also allowed me to support clients to find the very best outcomes from our work.
The answer was simple: The most transformative sessions were those that involved journeying with the deep fires of my clients' Soul power. Tending the sparks of a brilliance they had always suspected was waiting within them until it became a flame that illuminated every part of their being.
And that's where Soul Re-Kindling began.
Combining all of the tools in my toolkit; from a decade as a Counselling Therapist and Life Coach together with extensive study of Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology ; to Master status in multiple forms of energy healing, a lifetime of work with Spirit and years of practicing - and teaching - witchcraft, meditation and Spirit connection; and much more besides, Soul Re-Kindling brings it all to the table.
